The room was clean and very quiet, and the hotel is right across from Lake Geneva. Mr. Fontaine gave us great service and recommended lovely places to visit in Geneva and Switzerland. We also got free tickets for the boat, train to the airport, tram and bus. Everything was perfect.

I loved the location, and I love Geneva, but the room let the hotel down. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, though everything felt dated. There weren't proper curtains, and unfortunately the room smelled of cigarettes. I've stayed at other places in Geneva for the same price that were much nicer. I don't think this should be considered a four-star hotel.

The doorman spoke to guests in a harsh, inappropriate way, even when they were simply coming in for coffee. His manner was intrusive and completely unprofessional. That kind of rudeness has no place in an establishment of this level. After this experience, I have no wish to book a stay for myself or my guests. I sincerely hope management takes notice.

We had a lake view and found the room really comfortable, with a bit of a funky style. The staff were exceptionally friendly. It's an amazing hotel in the heart of Geneva, right along the lake.

I've stayed here many times and keep coming back for the location. Shops, cafes, restaurants, buses and trams are all just a few minutes away on foot. The rooms are well appointed, and the staff are wonderfully friendly.
