Bryan was helpful and gave us tips on what to see and where to go. Geneva is a wonderful downtown, and the hotel is handy for many local sights. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were great and quick to respond.

A pretty basic hotel downtown in Geneva, but otherwise all good. There's no parking on site, so we had to use the train station's public parking, a five-minute drive or ten-minute walk away.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are excellent, and breakfast is pretty good. The air conditioning, though, is horrendous. It's set to 16C, yet the room feels like it's above 27C. Other reviews mention this too. For the price, that's unacceptable.

I booked the “suite” for 1250 CHF for three nights and am staying here now. The room is still around 30°C even with the air conditioning set to 16°C. When I mentioned it, the receptionist apologized, said they couldn't help, and promised to bring a fan, but it never showed up. There's also a persistent foul smell from the sink or drain, making it very hard to sleep. For that price I expected reasonable comfort, and this falls far short. A disappointing stay.

We loved staying here. There's lots of character, the location is really convenient, and the service was excellent.
