The rooms are practical and sleep two at most, so they’re not going to be large. That’s by design. I absolutely loved my stay, though. A staff member greeted me as soon as I arrived and guided me through check-in. Everyone was extremely friendly, and the food was excellent. Next time I’m in Geneva, I’m definitely staying here again.

The location is great, right in the center and convenient for the Old Town and the water. Breakfast was nice, though expensive, with a great Americano, fresh orange juice, yogurt, eggs, pastries, muesli and more. The rooms are small and only have one large bed, so they don’t work well for a family or groups of three or five. There’s no gym, which was a real bummer for me. I suppose you get what you pay for, but I’ve rarely stayed at a hotel without one, and sometimes that’s why I choose a hotel over an Airbnb. The two elevators were very slow at busy times. Once it took me 10mins to get to my room. Digital check-in was tricky because we had two separate reservations, but luckily someone was there to help.

The peaceful atmosphere and great location made for a wonderful stay. Our room was comfortable, clean and cozy, and the staff were so kind and attentive to the details. They even went out of their way to make our anniversary extra special, which meant a lot. Check-in and breakfast both went smoothly. We’d definitely return, highly recommend!

The room was fine and had the basic amenities, though there was no coffee machine. For coffee, you need to order from the lobby’s 24/7 bar and restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed two nights, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the old town with a tram stop right outside. They also sent a free Geneva travel card for the stay, so you can use all public transport.
