Villa Olevano

The garden and pool are lovely, and the staff and owner are super friendly. Nice hotel, we’ll definitely come back.

Absolutely beautiful room in an old property. The interior furniture is incredible, and the old-fashioned bed is so comfortable. The dressing room is huge, with space for two months’ worth of clothes. From the balcony you look out over the garden, with a gorgeous pool, palm trees 🌴, greenery, and more. The pool is lovely and clean, with a shower 🚿 nearby. Connected to hôtel Tamaro, just incredible!!! 🌴✨️🫶🏻🇨🇭

The location couldn’t be better, right in the center. When we arrived, our luggage was taken straight to the villa. The staff were wonderful, very friendly, and made us feel welcome right away. Fantastic service!

We’ve stayed here four times, but each visit has been worse than the last. The refrigerator is broken and smells fishy, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work and nobody seems to care, and there are cobwebs in the room. Guests from the main hotel can use the garden and pool, which is fine, but the setup is completely disorganized. The worst part was an old, unkempt woman speaking to us very rudely and calling us unpleasant guests. She said we had to leave the main door open so she could use the toilet. We later learned she’s a regular customer who thinks she’s above the other guests and has special status. Apparently we’re meant to leave the door open so anyone can come and go. Our valuables don’t feel safe because these are ordinary room doors, not hotel doors. They could give pool users a key and tell guests to leave the door open, but neither happened. Or they could leave the house door open when no one’s there and go outside. The hotel should think about whether one regular customer who believes she has special privileges and insults other guests is worth losing future bookings over. Good luck with that. I’ll never stay at this hotel again, and certainly not in the villa.
