The suites are arranged over three floors: ground-floor rooms open onto a terrace with outdoor seating and the garden, the second floor also has a terrace, and the third floor has windows. The hotel was clean and we were happy with the facilities. It overlooks a beautiful lake, though the reception staff spoke only French, not English.

A lovely place to stop on the drive from Bern toward Mont Blanc. Hungry or thirsty travelers can find what they need here, and the lake view is beautiful. There are plenty of colourful codes for kids to take photos.

The rooms were okay, clean, and had balconies with great views across the lake. The staff were very friendly, and I thought it was great value for the price. If you’re hiking along Lac de la Gruyère from Broc or Corbières, it’s a well-located overnight stop before carrying on to Rossens the next day.

The toasted Buffalino was delicious, fresh, and a 10/10. It’s an excellent roadster, with a wide range of quality products and good value meals. There are beautiful views, lots of seating, and free parking.

A convenient spot to rest while travelling, with free parking and a panoramic lake view. The in-room facilities are basic. Ground-floor rooms have balconies, while the upper-floor rooms don’t.
