Grand Resort Bad Ragaz

I've been back to this hotel a few times, and each visit has been a lovely experience. The place is calm and welcoming, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the staff make you feel looked after. It's always clean, cozy, and well organized, so it's easy to relax here. I leave with a great impression every time and look forward to coming back 🤍

After an eight-day ski trip in St. Moritz, my mom and I spent two nights at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. We’re already thinking about coming back. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Grison Alps, and the lobby has a gorgeous lux fireplace. Our spacious, high-end suite was a dream, especially the top-notch bedding. We had a couple of hiccups at check-in and during the welcome lunch, but management stepped in quickly and put things right. After that, service was flawless. A special thanks to Markus at concierge. The breakfast and coffee are still on our minds. We love both, and really enjoyed what we had at the hotel. Verve by Sven has something for everyone, and the quality is exceptional. The spa was one of the best we've seen and experienced. Helena bad is as beautiful in person as it looks in pictures, and the clinic and wellness facilities feel serene. We especially loved the infrared sauna, and would have tried more treatments if we'd stayed longer. The Tamina water is delicious and offers a range of health and wellness benefits. We can't recommend Grand Resort Bad Ragaz enough. It's a perfect place to relax after skiing or enjoy a longer nature and wellness escape. Can't wait to return!

The wellness setup has a lot of variety, with access to a quiet private thermal area as well as a bigger public complex with more pools and options. The hot spring was spotless and relaxing, and the sauna felt thoughtfully designed and refreshing. There are music bars and even a casino on site for the evenings. Pillows come in different types to choose from, which made sleeping unbelievably comfortable. And the breakfast alone is probably the best I've had at any hotel, with outstanding quality, freshness, and variety. Between the food, comfort, wellness facilities, and nightlife, this is a great all-around stay. Highly recommended, and I can't wait to come back.

The bikes we rented made for a lovely ride out into the Bündner Herrschaft, with beautiful views and a stop for sparkling tea. We also had a golf lesson with an excellent pro, and it was fun from beginning to end. We spent four days here for our honeymoon and couldn't have picked a better place. After the wedding excitement, we needed time to slow down, enjoy each other, and be pampered. The team made that happen. Everyone we met was warm and genuinely dedicated. Our luggage was taken to the room at reception, the concierge was a huge help, and room service was always friendly. Many staff were locals, which gave the stay an authentic, grounded feel. By a few days in, breakfast felt almost like being with family. People recognized us, chatted with us, and the service was top every time. A special thanks to Gianni for looking after us from the start. The hotel's own spa was an experience, and the public area impressed us all over again, with thermal baths, hot springs, several sauna zones, and a bistro. We went several times, including for sauna sessions with music. Our couple's massage was excellent too. The therapists were skilled and warm, though the massage felt over much too soon. The location, hotel, spa, and activities are all at a high level, but it's the people who make this place special. We'll definitely return and recommend it wholeheartedly.
