The mountain views from our balcony were glorious, and the unit had plenty of room with everything we needed. Everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly. What a delightful hotel, we'd recommend it!

We could walk to the center of Bad Ragaz and to Tamina Therme, and there was free parking. For hikers, the little space in the hallway fridge was handy. The price seemed fair for the region. Our room was clean and comfortable, with Wi-Fi and an in-room coffee machine for tea and coffee. We also appreciated the welcome treats, a small chocolate and a little glass of liqueur. Breakfast was decent and fair, just don't expect anything especially good.

We only stayed one night, so the slightly tight space wasn't a problem. Everything went smoothly, and the service was excellent. Breakfast came with the stay and was delicious, with a really homey feel. The weather was perfect while we were there, which made my time in Bad Ragaz memorable.

The hotel is in a quiet spot with a balcony, within walking distance of both the thermal bath and the center. There was plenty of parking around, and the Wi-Fi was stable and fast. They also put a coffee machine in the room and provided a bag with an extra towel for the thermal bath. My room was clean, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She shared information about the area, especially Flumserberg. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the service felt professional and helpful.

I booked through the local Heidiland tourism website, with a pass for two days of skiing via the gonala up to Pizol. The hotel is well located if you want to stay in town, and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple and included. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in Bad Ragaz.
