We had a charming, enjoyable stay in the castle, and Tamina Therme was an easy walk away. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a large room and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a good continental spread, and the restaurant was excellent.

The location is fantastic, and the staff everywhere were wonderful and helpful. Service was great, and so was the restaurant. The building itself feels very old and worn and badly needs renovation. Our bathroom was clean, but tiny and run down, with a cracked sink and blackened silicone. The room furniture also looked old and tired. If they brought it back up to standard, it would be awesome.

For the price, this really wasn't impressive. The internet and TV remote didn't work, and the pool wasn't heated. The place felt more like a Butlins chalet.

The service was super friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. We had a standard room, but it was huge, at least twice the size you'd expect. It's a very nice old historic place in a fantastic location, right by the Golf Club, with the thermal bath and casino just a minute away. Great for its class.

The swimming pool was great, and we could park the car right in front of the room house. The hotel seemed quite empty, yet our room was so, so far away. There was no air conditioning, and the room had old-style carpeting.
