We stayed Tuesday through Sunday with a large group, and everything went smoothly. The room was clean, the bed was nicely firm, and the pillows were a bit too soft for us, though that's personal preference. Breakfast was kept well stocked and had lots of choice. We arrived very late, but someone was there to greet us, and check-in was simple. Checkout was easy too. We left our luggage at the hotel while we wandered around town. Getting there from the train station was straightforward, and a food festival just outside during all four days was a nice bonus.

The rooms and facilities were good, and the hotel is just a few minutes from Baden trainstation. It's in one of the old BBC factory halls, which makes for a beautiful building. Finding the entrance can be a bit tricky the first time, depending on which way you're coming from.

The central location is the only real positive for me. I don't see how this place gets four stars, three at most. The shower looked dirty because of stains on the floor and curtain, the towels were small and thin, and the bed was hard. Each person only gets one pillow, and it offered no support. Staff were polite, but didn't seem very professional.

Baden is right outside, with plenty to explore on foot, and the location is right in the heart of town. The shared event space is unique. Inside, the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was incredible. Every staff member was friendly and professional. I'd gladly stay here again if I return to Switzerland.

The location is great, and the room was convenient. Breakfast was free, and the Traffo fitness park is a nice extra, with a gym, pool, and sauna. I just wish there were a restaurant open for dinner.
