Beatenberg Resort & Spa in Beatenberg Interlaken

We had a peaceful, refreshing stay at Beatenberg Resort and Spa, with spacious, clean rooms that were beautifully maintained. The resort’s mix of comfort and mountain calm suited both a relaxing break and a business stay. Its facilities gave us plenty to do: the gym was well equipped, and there were billiards and other recreational spaces, along with a relaxing spa, sauna, and steam facilities. The conference room was professionally kept and suitable for meetings, events, and corporate gatherings. We especially enjoyed Carbon Mountain Café, with its warm ambience, varied menu, and delicious food. Mr. Manikandan, the General Manager, deserves special mention. He’s professional, attentive to detail, and clearly dedicated to guest satisfaction. His leadership helps guests feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for, and sets the resort apart. We highly recommend Beatenberg Resort and Spa for family holidays, corporate retreats, wellness getaways, or leisure stays. It’s a top-class resort with premium amenities and excellent hospitality. We look forward to returning.

The garden view of the mountains and lake was breathtaking, and our room was spotless and comfortable. I stayed at Beatenberg Resort & Spa with my daughters to celebrate her 16th birthday, and we’ll remember it for a long time. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely return next time we visit Switzerland.

The hotel’s location and panoramic view are hard to beat, and the staff were kind and helpful. The rest was a real letdown. Our room needs updating, and the heating wasn’t on when we arrived. The bathroom fittings were old and cracked. Breakfast didn’t match what we paid, despite the staff’s efforts. The same person who checked us in was handling breakfast, too. There was no buffet or menu to choose from, though the floor layout made it look as if a buffet might once have been available. The pastries were frozen and reheated, not fresh, and the orange juice was bottled, despite being promised fresh. The omelette was poor, and the fried eggs were burnt around the edges. I’d suggest having breakfast elsewhere unless things improve.

Booking a 75-minute relaxation massage was easy, and the hotel replied to my emails the same day. The front desk staff were professional and friendly when I checked in, and the lobby was decorated in a tasteful, cozy way. My massage with Isabel was incredible. She listened to the pressure I wanted and the health issues I mentioned, and I left much more relaxed than when I arrived. She’s highly skilled. I’d gladly go back and can highly recommend her, if we weren’t leaving the area. Thank you!
