The staff were so kind, and everything was clean, beautiful, and in perfect shape. The hotel, room, views, restaurant, food, and service were all awesome. It’s about a 15-minute drive up or down the mountain, and not too far from the city and highway. Definitely recommend it.

The road up was hairy and scary, but we made it in one piece and were made very welcome. The hotel is way up high, so it’s not for the faint-hearted. The ladies were really helpful and accommodating when we arrived just before the kitchen closed. The food was delicious and came out very quickly, so I’d definitely recommend it. I’m told the views are to die for, but I’ll have to take my daughter’s word for that.

The staff decorated our room for our honeymoon and left a handwritten note. Such a thoughtful touch, and it made us feel incredibly welcome. Everything about Berghaus Hotel felt warm and caring from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, the bedding was crisp and so comfortable, and the balcony view looked like a postcard, with beautiful peaks, quiet all around, and pure mountain air. The shower was immaculately clean, the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. It was clear that the place is cared for with real pride. The food was hearty, satisfying, and made with love. For this region, it was reasonably priced, too. One thing to keep in mind: my husband ran out to the car at night with the key, but couldn’t get back in without me going downstairs to let him in.

There’s a big parking area with an EV charger, and the rooms are clean and fresh with amazing views. The staff were super friendly and professional.

Kíra helped us with everything, and we got lots of useful information about the area and things to do. We had five awesome days in a wonderful location, with perfect rooms and service. The food was delicious, too. I highly recommend it.
