We were the only guests across all three floors, which made sense given the state of the building. There were dead insects, rubbish by the door, yellowish bedspreads, broken light switches and stairs, and hair in the bathroom. We went straight back home. The staff and manager don’t seem open to criticism, judging by how they respond to every bad review. Don’t redeem a Wonderbox voucher here. You won’t get the promised room, which seems to be kept for “paying” guests.

The building felt shabby and uncomfortable, like a budget version of the Stella Alpina. We’d redeemed a Smartbox voucher and had a booking confirmation, but the unfriendly staff said they knew nothing about it. We were taken about 1 km away from the hotel to this other B&B instead. What a waste of the voucher!

Right in the middle of a spectacular Swiss Alps village, this place felt very welcoming. The staff were warm and friendly, and the food was excellent. I’d recommend it to anyone.

So peaceful and relaxing here, and I slept really well. It’s a wonderful place.

The food was delicious, though half-board does cost a lot.
