For a business trip, this place felt like home. It was quiet and very clean, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I've had in a long time. The Coop next door made it easy to shop and cook meals, and the code-based self check-in was smooth and practical. I appreciated how comfortable and simple everything was. I'll book again when I'm back in Bern, and it seems especially suitable for larger families because of the space.

I booked the wrong location by mistake because of an error in my itinerary. Customer service responded right away and kindly let me cancel without a fee. I was very happy with their help. If I come to Bern in the future, I'd definitely stay at this hotel.

We'd happily come back when we're in Bern. The manager was kind and accommodating, and the beds were comfortable. Our room was large for the area and spotlessly clean; even with the lively neighborhood, it stayed fairly quiet. The hotel is just steps from Bern train station, with everything else within walking distance. It was also nice having a small kitchen and dining table.

The location was a big plus, about a three-minute walk from Bern railway station, and there's an Indian Punjabi hotel right downstairs. The room was large, and the bathroom was even bigger. There was only one person running the whole hotel, but the staff were great.

Aimer made us feel welcome, like we were back in our hometown, and was friendly and courteous. Akomo is right in the middle of things, with spacious rooms and all the amenities, plus good restaurants and bars nearby. The train station is an easy walk away. One thing to know is that Swiss people go to bed early, and most restaurants close pretty early too. We had a great time and look forward to coming back to Akomo soon. Thanks again, Amire.
