Stay KooooK Bern City

The lounge has complimentary coffee, tea, and drinks, and the hotel feels modern and comfortable. Getting into the building and rooms with a smartphone was easy. Check-in was smooth: the staff welcomed us and got everything sorted quickly. The location is excellent, close to Bern Central Station and near coffee shops, convenience stores, pharmacies, and shopping. The iconic Clock Tower and Bern’s Old Town are only a few blocks away, making it easy to explore.

The room was small, but clean, well organized, and laid out so thoughtfully that it never felt uncomfortable. Access to both the building and room was through the phone system, which worked perfectly and made everything hassle-free. We were right across from a winter Christmas market, so the excellent location made the stay feel especially lively. Everything worked as expected, and the modern setup was handled well. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

The shared spaces were a big plus, with several lounges, a kitchen guests could use, and a games room with free entertainment. Our room was quirky, spotless, and fun, even had a crossbow with rubber darts and a target on the door. The staff were friendly, and the location was great. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bern.

The shared lounges were really inviting, and the staff made everything easy with their friendly, helpful approach. We loved the family room at Stay Kooook in Bern. Its flat area was spacious and cleverly laid out, with modern, spotless, well-kept appliances. Free tea and coffee was a lovely extra. We'd definitely come back.
