Unique Hotel Innere Enge

There's a jazz nightclub in the basement, and the whole luxury hotel is jazz themed, full of artwork and memorabilia. It has a warm atmosphere, and the staff are superb, ready to do anything for you. I can't wait to return.

The place really lives up to being UNIQUE, and I'll explain why. First, the staff, especially Stefanie, were eager to help with everything, from parking and information to quickly sorting out a small problem with the coffee machine. The jazz related objects throughout the entrance, floors, and restaurant gave the hotel a lot of character, and the decor, atmosphere, and well chosen background music made it feel warm and relaxing. The location is quiet, with a garden around it, and only a 15-minute walk from the city center. There's also a bus stop opposite. Our spacious room had lots of facilities: a coffee machine, closet, welcome tray with apples and water, plenty of towels, a very comfortable mattress and pillows, tasteful furniture and table, TV, fridge, and a nice view through big windows. The restaurant food was very good, and everywhere was extremely clean. Nothing really bothered us, apart from a slightly leaky bathroom faucet. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

Marians Jazz Club was the best part for us, so don't miss it. We also had a delicious dinner in the dining room, and the staff were warm and friendly. A lovely hotel.

Manager Lena made the visit especially nice with her warm smile and attentive service. She told us about the hotel's history and gave us helpful ideas for seeing the surrounding area. The Sunday brunch had plenty of delicious choices, and the price felt reasonable. The venue is beautiful, with a lovely terrace, and the staff created a welcoming atmosphere that felt distinctive and authentic. I had a fantastic time and can't wait to return. I'd definitely recommend a visit.
