Sabylla and Jorg were such welcoming hosts, always around when we had a question or needed anything. We loved the hotel's intimate, charming atmosphere and the historic room was so cozy and practical that we barely wanted to leave it. The updates to this very old place feel just right: modern touches, but still plenty of tasteful, authentic nods to its past. The shared spaces are like a jewel box, full of architectural details, art, eclectic furniture, and little surprises. We found something new wandering around each day. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with lots of choices.

The rooms are nice, though quite small, and the bathrooms could use a refresh. Still, the food was good and the atmosphere relaxing. The couple who own this little gem are hands-on and very welcoming. It's in a beautiful spot, right on the Engadina cross-country path. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The room was cozy, with plenty of wood and everything we needed. Chesa Salis is an amazing place, with a stunning historic house carefully renovated with a modern touch and art throughout. The staff made us feel very welcome, and both breakfast and dinner were nice. 10/10, I'd stay again.

Fresh eggs and good coffee made breakfast a treat. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean. The whole hotel feels special, like stepping back in time in the best way, with every detail chosen with care. I liked it here and can definitely recommend it.

There was art to discover all through the house, and the lobby and room were both beautiful, with the fireplace room especially inviting. We felt welcome as soon as we stepped into this impressive historic house. Definitely worth a visit!
