We had a good stay and were pleasantly surprised. The exterior and surrounding area weren't very appealing, and when we booked last minute during peak season because so few hotels had vacancies, we expected the place to be pretty bad. Inside, though, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was basic but tasty.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and our triple room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, and the location worked well for us: we came from Geneva to visit Swiss Vapeur and VerticAlp Emosson, and the hotel is between the two. Recommended for a night's stay.

A quiet place at night, with no cars or trains going by. The building is well kept, the rooms are large and clean, the bed is good, and the views are beautiful. Staff are extremely friendly. Its location is handy, between the train station and the center, with a supermarket nearby. Communication was good too.

My pick for the best hotel in Bex. The rooms are nice, breakfast decent, and the personnel are very good and willing to meet your wishes.

A nice room in a handy spot for taking the train to the Montreux Jazz Festival.
