The management and caretaker teams were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Nearby you'll find Lidl, Migros, a post office, and a bus stop with good connections to the city center and train station, and the center is walkable too. The building is thoughtfully designed, with pale walls, wood laminate built-in wardrobes, indirect lighting, and high-quality furnishings that make the rooms comfortable even on gray days. There's more storage than it first seems, especially with the well-organized wardrobes and the option to rent an extra basement storage compartment. The kitchenette also has dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils in addition to what's listed on the website. Cleaning is very thorough: the floors are mopped as well as vacuumed, and the mattresses have several protective covers. I paid in advance for extra services like the basement compartment, and everything worked out as booked. A top-notch hotel, highly recommended.

I really appreciate that they clean the Mooi Apartments thoroughly every week and change the linens. Whenever I had a question, I got a helpful answer very quickly. The service is top-notch, and I'm extremely satisfied. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Mooi Apartments.

If you're arriving by car, this place was a frustrating choice for accommodation. I saw the parking advertised and followed the instructions, but when I got there I found just five spaces, despite having waited to reserve one. I was told a spot would be available, but it wasn't possible to reserve one at all. I even waited until midnight to try booking through the app, but there was no link. Calls to them often got irrelevant answers too. I feel I was misled by the advertising.

I stayed here for more than five months, and the rent was very reasonable for a serviced apartment. The building had only been finished at the start of the year, so it's brand new and modernly furnished. Rooms come fully equipped with what you need for comfortable living, and both the building and rooms are cleaned regularly and are generally very clean. It's well maintained and usually quiet, apart from a few inconsiderate neighbors. There were some early teething problems with the building's installations, but customer service replied quickly to questions about those and other issues. Highly recommended.
