I don't usually give five stars across the board, but Norma has earned them. If you're okay with doing a little self-service, Norma's guest house is a fantastic choice, especially for families with kids. The bed is on the small side, though the mattress is comfortable. Breakfast is simple, genuine, and tasty, and Norma's pizza was the best I've ever had. The setting stays with me too. Sitting in Norma's yard with pizza and the mountains right in front of me felt simple but really touching. Norma mentioned a nearby lake with a hiking route and breathtaking views. I didn't get to go because I hurt my knee on the trip. I think I'll definitely come back when the time is right.

A brilliant spot for an overnight stay in Sobrio. The beds are comfy, there's a nice kitchen, and the pizza is really delicious.

The houses in Sobrio are truly beautiful, and it's a wonderful place. Da Norma is very simple but has everything you need, plus delicious pizza. We'll definitely return.

A welcoming little house up in the mountains, with a very friendly hostess. The Alps look beautiful all around, and the St. Gotthard Pass and Suvorov's site (Devil's Bridge) are nearby. There's parking too. The room is small and the bathroom is shared, but I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Switzerland and this was the best option for me. Even hostel beds cost more here. Getting up the mountain means taking a narrow, winding road. Some people might see that as a drawback, though I found it interesting and actually a plus.
