Mr Stephen, Ms Brna, and Ms Jasmine were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their service made our stay even more enjoyable. We were there with friends who were staying at the hotel too. The location is ideal and the staff were lovely and helpful. Just be careful about the floor: the second-floor rooms are updated and wonderful, and worth the price. The first-floor rooms aren't worth it, in my view. Ours was noisy because of the restaurant below and felt like a one-star room.

Our room was unusual, with a bathtub and a shower area open to the bedroom, but we made it work. The balcony view was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was high quality with lots of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed staying here.

The lake and mountain views are spectacular, and the housekeeping staff and front desk agents were kind, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was decent, and when the restaurant was open, the food was very good. Still, I left feeling genuinely duped. The room and hotel interior didn't match the impression from the online photos. Our room felt extremely dated, like it hadn't meaningfully changed since the 1960s, and the furniture was dirty and outdated. For what we paid, the amenities were shockingly minimal: no hair conditioner, no lotion, and no elevated touches. The complimentary minibar was just one Coke, one beer, and water. Restaurant hours were frustrating, and staff at both the main restaurant and the pizzeria often seemed annoyed that guests were there. On warm days the windows needed to stay open, so noise from the busy public park and promenade beside the hotel was a major problem, with cars, motorcycles, and loud tourists. It felt like the hotel relied almost entirely on its spectacular view while underinvesting in the guest experience. For premium pricing, I expected the room and stay to match the online presentation. Instead I felt misled and deeply disappointed. I wouldn't stay here again.
