The balcony was huge, with incredible lake and mountain views, and the apartment had plenty of space and everything we needed. It’s also in an excellent spot, just 5 mins from the train station. I had a great week's vacation here. Thanks for such a good stay.

The apartments are spacious and have everything needed for a stay. The hotel is good, though the cleaning could be done better.

The apartment itself is fine, but the hot water runs short: the boiler can handle showers for a maximum of 1.5 people. The internet is also frustrating, with 50% of it blocked, so make sure you have a VPN. Supplies are very limited. There’s no salt, sugar, garbage bags, coffee, or dishwasher tablets, which are basic things I expected. It gave me the impression that anything left behind would be pocketed. They provided only three pillows and sheets because three people were arriving, and I worried a fourth person might still turn up. Everything seemed carefully considered.

We had a great view, a large apartment, friendly staff, and parking right outside. The place is lovely and could be even better, and seems like it would be nice in both summer and winter. A few things got in the way. Staff unlocked the door several times without knocking, and I found myself wondering whether they did that while we were out too. The bathroom door won’t close, and the information folder is still from the 2018/19 season. The kitchen has no salt, pepper, coffee, tea, or anything similar, so even for a short stay you need to buy those things on-site.
