We never felt crowded here as a couple in our late fifties. The wellness area was good and never full, and the breakfast room didn't get too busy either. Staff were attentive and friendly, and everything was always spotless. La Val is small enough to feel personal, while still offering great services. The two restaurants are on the pricey side, but there are other places to eat just a five-minute walk away. Outdoor parking is free; indoor parking costs extra. Brigels gets plenty of sun and has great mountain walks.

We visited in the casp season and nearly had the hotel to ourselves, but it didn't feel as if we were missing out on anything. The food was delicious, and the spa was great, with heated indoor and outdoor pools, two saunas, a steam bath, a caldarium, and experience showers. We also had massages and can highly recommend them. We had an amazing stay at la Val.

Heidi welcomed us, explained the hotel and spa, and gave us a welcome drink. We then relaxed on the outdoor terrace. The location is gorgeous, and everything felt peaceful and comfortable. Our ground-floor room was beautifully furnished, very quiet, and had its own outdoor space with two loungers. We brought our dog, and he loved it too. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from, including scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, local cheeses, and salmon. Dinner was excellent as well. The slow-cooked veal knuckle was perfect, and the carrot soup was superb. We spent a few relaxing hours in the spa, and the service throughout was excellent. Five stars!

The menu was great, with vegan options available, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive to me and my guests. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. This is a beautiful spot, one of the loveliest places I've ever been. It's ideal if you enjoy biking, hiking, or simply taking in the surroundings. I'll definitely be back later this year. Cheers!

We booked the Pure Wellness Package for two nights at Hotel La Val to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday. It included spa treatments and half board with one dinner. The room was beautiful, and they left a thoughtful note and some sweets for his birthday. From the moment we arrived, Chris and Tim greeted us with warm smiles and great service. The restaurant staff were wonderful too, especially Nico (the guy from Spain) and the gentleman from Italy, whose name I forgot. They went above and beyond to make us feel special. The food was delicious, compliments to the chef, and the spa staff were incredible. We loved the experience and can't wait to return.
