The venue was right across the street, which made this a great place to stay for the Swiss bodybuilding spring show. The team had thought of so many useful details for us athletes, including a microwave, a kettle in the lobby, toilet seat covers and extra bedsheets when we asked. There was a small kitchenette with a fridge in the room, and we could walk to the gym and grocery store. Thanks again for taking such good care of us. I can only recommend it.

The breakfast was really good, and getting into the hotel after check-in was easy because the instructions were so clear. I had no cellphone service during my stay in Switzerland, but still managed without any trouble. The room looked beautiful and modern, as did the rest of the hotel. For me, it deserves four stars.

I tried the half-board menu and really enjoyed the delicious two-course meal, which also had a vegetarian option. The staff were kind, courteous and knew both the hotel policies and the area well. The location is handy too, just a few minutes' walk from Brugg AG Station. I'd highly recommend it.

The rooms are on the small side, but they're clean and functional. Coffee and apples are available for free throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The service was excellent, especially from Vitus. A very good hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There's also complimentary coffee, water and apples. The location is convenient for the train station, shops and restaurants.
