Boutique Hotel Albergo Stazione

We were in the area for the FAI event in Tirano on the 26th, and this hotel is just over 2 km from Tirano. Everything was clean and well looked after, from the room to the rest of the hotel, and the beds were comfortable. The only small downside was the parquet floor, which creaked quite a lot.

The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely cared for, and the owner was kind and helpful. The place has a fairytale feel, almost like it belongs to another time. We stayed for one night, and the location worked perfectly for us since we needed to catch the Trenino Rosso. Breakfast was the letdown: it was sparse, with little choice.

The owner made us feel very welcome and looked after us so well. The hotel has a lovely charm, with thoughtful boutique decor, and even though it sits on the main road, our night was very quiet. Staying at this little gem feels like a must, or you might miss something truly unique.

Breakfast was very basic, though the woman there in the morning was friendly. When we arrived, the woman greeting us seemed a bit uncertain about our arrival, even though we had a confirmed booking. We only stayed one night, so it was okay.
