I’ve had lunch here several times. The 20chf buffet is great value for the quality.

I only stayed one night, but I’d definitely come back if I’m passing through again. The food was really delicious, and the room was nice and clean.

There are plenty of hiking spots nearby, and St Moritz is only a few minutes away by train. The station, bus stop, and restaurants are close too. Rooms are well maintained, and the bar and restaurant are very good. For this price range, it’s a very good hotel.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The concierge woman was extremely unhelpful and nearly rude. I’d stay away from this hotel and the people who work here.

We’d booked one night for 480CHF and paid in advance. When my daughter got COVID, the hotel wouldn’t help us change the dates or offer any assistance. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just some help so we wouldn’t lose the money given the unusual situation. They were completely insensitive and seemed interested only in my cancellation, so they could sell the room again. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone 👎🏻
