Ariv Design Hotel & Apartments

The staff made the biggest difference for me. The receptionist went out of their way to help with my questions and local advice, which matters when you're short on time. For one night around a business meeting, Ariv Apartments worked really well: it felt brand new, the room was immaculate, and the kitchen was one of the nicest I've seen in a business apartment. A bus stop is a two-minute walk away, and the shopping center is five minutes away by public transport. I only had time for a quick look around the shared spaces, but there was a cinema, two meeting rooms, a small gym, and a communal area. Breakfast was à la carte at the café/restaurant next door. The salmon crostini were spectacular, speaking as an Italian traveller! I found it one of the most efficient yet human places I've stayed in Switzerland, and I'll be back soon. One side note: I looked at the negative Google reviews because the low ratings seemed hard to square with my stay. They repeatedly seemed to be about clearly stated circumstances, like nearby construction that guests had been told about, or rules such as cleaning policies that people hadn't followed. Sometimes common sense is enough. Draw your own conclusions. :-)

The parking was a real bonus and made arriving and leaving so easy. The apartments themselves beat my expectations, with spacious, clean rooms in a lovely, well-kept complex. I'd definitely return to Ariv Apartments & Spaces and recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

I spent four weeks here with several coworkers, and we'd happily recommend it. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and soundproof, and the place has everything we needed: a movie theater, several conference rooms, laundry room, communal kitchen, gym, and a game room with a pool table. The service and attention were also exceptional.

There isn't staff onsite apart from the cleaners, so nearly everything runs online, including self check-in and checkout. The place is modern and has nice shared spaces, with a meeting room, cinema, work areas, gym, and roof terrace. Covered onsite parking is a plus, and the amenities are basic but complete. I'm not quite sure whether to call it a hotel or an apartment complex. It's conveniently located, though a little out of the way. I think the kitchen could use more than two of each supply. You also can't set the room temperature yourself because it's controlled centrally; opening the windows is the only way to regulate it.
