A great place to stay along the Via Alpina. The beds were comfy, the food was very good, and the staff were friendly. I’d go again to sleep and eat there.

The building is really lovely, but the meal was a letdown. We came just for the restaurant, and neither the food nor the fondue was good. The prices felt high for that quality. The waiters kept trying to sell us more, even after we’d said “no, thank you” several times, which got to be too much. I wouldn’t recommend it. About the owner’s comment: we’re sure this was the restaurant, since it had been recommended to us, which made the visit disappointing. We were there on 25th of August. We’re sharing our opinion and how the visit felt to us, and don’t think that’s impossible, given what happened.

Touria and Jeff make you feel right at home, and they’re happy to tell you about all the wonderful things to see nearby. This lovely family owned hotel is tucked into the Swiss Alps, and the fondue is the best in the region. Don’t miss the chance to experience Switzerland here!

After hiking 22 kilometres of the Via Alpina trail, on the first section from Rochers de Naye, I slept so well. The staff were really nice. We called to say we’d be late, and they waited with the food. The traditional beds were comfortable, the shower was very hot, and they also have a Via Alpina stamp.

The food is delicious, and the hosts make you feel like part of the family. It’s a lovely little family place where everyone feels welcome, with wonderful hospitality. A real jewel in the Swiss Alps. Love it!
