We only noticed the poor review after checking in and getting to our room, so it surprised us because we had a really nice weekend. The room and décor were very old, though, and the bathroom shower was ugly and uncomfortable. Everything else was lovely: a great location, free parking, and staff who were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, with a view of the golf field. The spa was really good, and the pool was clean and spacious. We could even use the spa after checkout, after a long hike. All in all, it was a nice stay. The star rating could come down a little, or the furniture and décor need an update to maintain a decent five stars. Thanks again to the whole team!

The breakfast stood out, especially the proper coffee, which is hard to find at hotels in Switzerland. Our room was lovely, with a stunning mountain view, and the staff were consistently helpful. We had a fabulous stay, so I really don't understand the poor reviews.

The rooms weren't quiet, and we could hear noise from the room next door. The facilities were very poor, and the staff came across as rude and unprofessional. They tried to add extra charges, and in the end they made us leave and wouldn't let us wait for our car in the reception area. It was a very bad experience. There are plenty of other hotels, so I wouldn't recommend this one.

The rooms were spacious and clean, though a bit old-fashioned. We were welcomed by lovely staff, and the location was great. Breakfast was excellent too.

We had a really good weekend here. The Lebanese restaurant's mezze was delicious, and the staff were friendly and courteous throughout. Our room was clean and larger than it looked in the photos. I left my favorite shirt behind, and they sent it to our home address. They really went the extra mile for us.
