The lake view is lovely, and getting to Interlaken takes about 6 minutes by car; Lauterbrunnen is around 15 minutes away. We’ve just arrived and Peter gave us a warm welcome. The newly renovated studio is spacious and has parking. The bed is basic but comfortable, and the kitchen has what we need, including a microwave, oven, electric stove, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. We’re here for six days and are enjoying it so far. I’ll share a final review after the stay.

The view was nice, but that didn’t make up for the rest. We’d booked two rooms and were supposed to check in at 1:00 PM, yet had to wait until 3:30 PM. The rooms were unhygienic and the appliances were broken. We ended up having to keep going upstairs to make dinner. They also charged a tourist fee of 2 francs and 10 euros for parking per car. We didn’t pay, since the room wasn’t ready and the appliances didn’t work. I wouldn’t stay there again.
