The kids club was unbelievable, and a huge thanks to Gaia and Manuela for making my daughter's holiday so special. The staff seemed able to make anything happen, and service was amazing throughout. Gorgeous rooms and a 10/10 breakfast too. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. I'd highly recommend it, and I'll definitely come back.

The saunas were pretty nice, and the guy in the gift shop was lovely. The outdoor pool, though, was fairly cold. Those were the only reasons I gave it two stars after a one-night spa stay. There were six people at reception, but the feedback form I requested never showed up. I could have sent a private note to management, but now I'm putting it in a public review. Service here is almost nonexistent, and they just don't seem to care anymore. Like others have said, this is a pretty mediocre hotel with good bones and, I guess, poor management. It doesn't deserve five stars. I'd only stay again if I absolutely had to.

The views were amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel, with a ski shop and a regular shuttle bus. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay :)

The rooms were dirty and nowhere near what I'd expect from a five-star luxury hotel. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Alpengold. The restaurant food was just decent, and Atelier Vert was a terrible experience for us. We tried the vegetarian restaurant, where the cooks seemed like clowns putting on ridiculous tricks to impress guests, while the food itself wasn't anything exceptional. It was very expensive for what you got. The place was completely empty, which seemed like a clear sign it wasn't popular and should be avoided. I have no idea how it can survive. This is not a five-star hotel!

The room had a great balcony view, and the hotel itself is nice. But guest service needs to improve, especially housekeeping, which was a disaster. They need to pay much more attention to what guests need. The housekeeping service really wasn't good at all.
