The bus station is less than five minutes away, and it’s just one stop to the slopes, with the bus included in the ski pass. The hotel was excellent, with great food, an amazing team, and a well-maintained sauna area. We couldn’t be happier and totally recommend it!

I booked here because, during high season, it was the only last-minute option for our family of 2+3 that didn’t cost a fortune. It still wasn’t cheap, even for Switzerland. The room was quite spacious, and the young receptionist was nice. The mattress was so soft and worn that the middle of my body sank about 20cm below the rest. I barely slept, and my back paid for it. Soft mattresses are common enough, but this one felt old and worn out too. A good-quality, moderately firm mattress would make a big difference. Instead, this felt like some random mattress from 40 years ago that they’d never replaced. If you want to sleep on a ski trip, go somewhere else.

The sauna was a great bonus after a long day riding, and the whole place felt comfortable and relaxing. It’s just one bus stop from the lift in flims, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area ❤️

Sebastian was helpful and great. This wasn’t the hotel we’d first booked, but we accepted it because it was relatively close to Camausee. The rooms were spacious, and the mountain views from all of them were spectacular. The mattress seemed sunken, though it didn’t bother my back, hehe. Everything else was top-notch, and I’d recommend the hotel to family and friends.
