The place and its location are nice, and the manager did offer coffees to apologize. They never arrived, though, and after half an hour nobody had come to take a dessert order either. With only three waiters for the whole restaurant, getting service or paying was difficult. We waited two hours without a waiter coming over, then paid at the bar and left. Our starters and mains had all arrived together, so the food went cold. They did take 10% off the bill as an apology.

The manager's rude, confrontational behavior made the whole visit feel hostile. We were left waiting at the entrance chain for more than ten minutes, then went in ourselves. He yelled at our family, one woman and two kids, and told us to leave, saying there was no capacity even though the place looked more than half empty. He also said the kitchen was closed while we could see food being prepared. This place seems to aim for an exclusive image, but the manager's unprofessional behavior doesn't live up to it. The aesthetics may draw you in, but this was the worst experience of my holiday. Avoid if you can.

The venue looks beautiful, but our family visit was awful and confusing from the start. We were told the kitchen was closed, though it looked open. When we asked about it, the manager told staff not to speak with us, shouted at my elderly mother, and threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. Extremely disappointing during a family holiday.

We've had two lovely meals here, and my kids are big fans of the chicken. Melih took great care of us and was a wonderful waiter.
