The food was exquisite, the staff were delightful, and Loreta, who served us often, was amazing at her job and incredibly sweet. The rooms were exceptional, with splendid bathrooms, gorgeous shared areas, and a mellow ambience. The beds were soft and comfortable, especially if you’re sharing, which I wasn’t. The sauna was a very nice space, though be aware it’s nude if that’s not your thing. We’re English, though.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel is nice, but the four-person rooms are downstairs in the basement. That means you can hear noise from the kitchen and restaurant above in the morning and evening. The view is of cars and tires, and privacy is limited because the entrance stairs are right by the window.

We booked on the same day, and they stayed up to let us arrive late, which was really kind. The rooms were very nice, with comfortable beds and charming architecture. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the staff were very kind. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Davos.
