Apart Holidays - Haus Acletta

We paid the full amount, but after my mother-in-law died and we couldn't travel during our winter holiday, Interhome repeatedly refused to let us reschedule. On the phone, all we heard was that the booking couldn't be refunded. We won't contact them again. That isn't what flexibility or customer service should look like, and we didn't even get a verbal condolence.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed in its little kitchenette. It was spacious, spotless, and had a stunning panoramic view. A lovely place to unwind and get out for activities.

The bathroom fan didn't work, which was the one thing we disliked. Otherwise, our two-room apartment had a comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, and a large living area with a wall of windows. The clean, well-equipped kitchen and the mix of tile flooring and wooden furniture gave the place a lovely holiday feel. And the view was great.

The view was beautiful, but that's about all I can say for Akeltta Touring. Our receptionist was rarely around, and when we did ask him something, he was in a foul mood and very unfriendly. Even the neighbors complain about him. We checked out a day early and couldn't get him on the phone. With so many apartments, why is nobody ever there? The administration doesn't seem to be making any effort, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It doesn't even deserve one star. The apartment kitchen was barely equipped. There wasn't even a gratin dish, and the pans were worn out and the cutting boards broken. The pool was tiny, and during the COVID-19 pandemic there was no sign-up sheet, despite the receptionist saying there was one. Where was it? Families had to wait for the 30 minutes to pass. Outrageous. The pool shown in the advertising was a different one altogether, which was misleading. The TV whined, and the old bathtub wasn't inviting either.
