The playground and indoor playroom were great for children, and having a swimming pool was a bonus. We also loved being able to bring our dog, since she’s part of the family. The problem was that only one building had an elevator. Our apartment was a walk-up on the fourth floor, which made luggage and going up and down with a two-year-old and someone almost 80 really difficult. We had a great time this visit, but may need to reconsider coming back because of mobility issues.

The Disentis area is superb for family time with kids in the mountains. The apartments are modern, clean, and good quality, and the outdoor playground and indoor pool are excellent. Highly recommended.

Everything was so easy with our one-year-old because the facilities were adapted for families: elevators, places to change nappies, safe spaces for crawling, and a kitchen with non-breakable items on the lower shelves. We didn’t have to worry about safety or nappy changing.

Getting there on public transport wasn’t very convenient. Once we arrived, though, it was a great place for the family, with lots to do nearby and really friendly, helpful staff.

The apartments are nice, and the view is amazing. We also found the kitchen and mess hall great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I need to correct my previous 1-star rating, that was a mistake, and I’m sorry. The only thing that bothered me was that we couldn’t use the external ports on the TVs. I’d brought my Wii U so my friends and I could play games in the evening, but we couldn’t.
