Businesshotel LUX

The room was a little small, but at that price I can’t complain. The location is central, and the service went above and beyond. Good food too, including proper pizza made by an Italian pizzaiolo.

The staff were extremely nice and gave me useful information, and the hotel’s strong point is its location. There’s a direct bus to the city center of Lucern. My room, though, was much too narrow and tucked under the roof, with a very small window. It felt like I was sleeping up in the ceiling.

The bus lets you ride for free all the way into the city, which I really liked. The hotel was in a good location, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location had a lot of street noise, so anyone hoping for a restful stay should avoid this place. My room was small, the bed was very narrow, and the pillow’s protective cover was disgustingly dirty. I don’t want to know what was inside it. The staff were absolutely rude. I’ve travelled a lot and never had to deal with such a rude attitude.
