It’s an old-fashioned hotel, and the staff are attentive and friendly, especially Jacqueline. Prices are high, though I suppose that’s Switzerland. We only stayed one night on the way to Italy, but it was well worth it, and the room was very clean.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It has a quaint wooden chalet look, and the owner was really accommodating. We didn’t have the right phone plug, so she lent us one, which was very kind. The pub or bar right next door was cosy, and we spent a few evenings there. The food was good with lots of choice, and breakfast was continental. Some of the serving staff could have smiled a bit more, but one lady serving there, Benedict I think her name was, always greeted us with a smile and was lovely.

The hotel is in a beautiful spot and relatively cheap for the area, though there aren't any lovely views from the hotel itself. The staff were nice, but the service felt quite amateur and not very client-oriented. The person who welcomed us and served dinner spoke only Swiss-German, which we couldn't understand 😅 Breakfast runs until 10, but when we arrived at 9:40, some of the food had run out and wasn't replenished.
