The spa was a highlight for us, with a warm pool, plenty of saunas, professional cosmetology services, and views of the snow-covered Swiss Alps all year round. The beds are so comfortable, with a generous range of pillows, that a good night's sleep feels almost guaranteed. There are useful little touches too, like a good coffee machine, a compact steamer, and other accessories. Breakfast deserves a mention, and the food and drinks meet the hotel's high standards. The bar and restaurant menus do too. The service has a long tradition behind it, paired with modern facilities, and Ladies Sofia and Freya are always ready to help. Their knowledge and genuine care make the place feel especially welcoming. It's easy to see why guests come back again and again.

After skiing and traveling, I really needed that deep tissue massage, and it was wonderful. I visited for a massage and day spa pass, and had such a relaxing time. The spa has an incredible view and lovely sauna options. I'd highly recommend it.

We came with our two young kids, and they had a great time in the kids room and at the pool. Our family room had plenty of space, including a big sofa bed for them, and breakfast was delicious with a very large choice of hot dishes from the card. The hotel service was exceptional and really looked after us. Special thanks to Daria, who helped make Halloween memorable for the kids. Engelberg is beautiful, with some nice hikes nearby. A beautiful hotel with excellent service.

Everything went smoothly and was well organized from check-in through check-out. The room, hotel areas, and spa were all spotless, and the spa was well maintained too. Very professional staff and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Our premium room and the pool area were exceptional, and both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were great. We had an amazing, if brief, stay at the Kempinski Engelberg this November, where I proposed to my now fiance. Freya-Louise from guest services was phenomenal, responding quickly by email before my planned engagement and helping with specific requests. A true "Lady in Red," she was attentive throughout and made the stay memorable. Very much a 5-star experience!
