The service and food were both excellent, and breakfast was a treat after enjoying the swimming pool and jacuzzi. We were greeted so warmly, then found a charming garden around the hotel house. It sits above a lovely village and is conveniently close to the train station.

Such a beautiful spot, with an amazing garden. The food was incredible, and the service felt next level, so warm and friendly. I can only recommend it. We’ll be back.

We felt welcome throughout our stay and especially appreciated how personal the service was. The lovely food and views made for a wonderful weekend.

I completely relaxed and even lost track of what day it was. The campus feels magical, the food was fantastic and the views over the lake were unprecedented. The staff seemed to anticipate every detail, with someone always appearing to take care of even the smallest unspoken need. Thanks to the Lilienberg team. We’ll be back!

Aurelia’s food is second to none, and the restaurant looks out over the Lake of Constance. The breakfast buffet was fantastic too, with friendly, pleasant service that was right on point. Carmelo, the bartender, is incredibly creative and makes fantastic cocktails. In Ermatingen, north of Zurich, Lilienberg offers a sophisticated experience that still feels down to earth. It’s an incredible stay and a quintessential Swiss experience to add to your destination list.
