The start of the service seemed nice, but it turned unkind, and when we asked them to fix a mistake with our order, the reaction felt dismissive. The food quality was poor, though the vegetables were perhaps the only part that was decent. We wanted to order half a liter of wine, but the staff reacted in a way that shocked us. The place was extremely expensive for the low quality of both the food and service. I can't recommend Restaurant Alpenblick at all. A shame for Beautiful town Ernen.

The atmosphere was nice and the food was good. The price seemed reasonable for Zermatt, and I’d go back.

The mountain view was great, though the food was just okay.
