We had a very pleasant hour chatting with the friendly proprietress over coffee beverages and complimentary brownies. We had arrived by bus at the train station just across the Swiss/France border, and she let us use the toilettes even though she was closed. As midday came around, hungry locals started arriving for lunch. If I came through this area again, I wouldn't hesitate to book a room here.

Right on the swiss/french border, this was a lovely impromptu stop. Fab pizza, lovely beer, and a fab, friendly welcome. I'll definitely come back next time I'm nearby.

The location was quiet, serene, and stunningly beautiful, and I'd give it six stars if I could. It was a lovely escape from the chaos of Chamonix during UTMB week, yet only a short train ride away. At Les Touristes, our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere relaxed and accommodating. Maribel was so kind, supportive, and helpful. We felt really lucky to find this exceptional place!

Madelain and Peter were great hosts, and the food was great, with lovely wine too. We stayed while walking the Tour de mont blanc and worried we might be a bit off route. The owner kindly drove us and our bags to our exact next start point, at a much lower price than we'd been quoted. Warmly recommend.
