Hapimag Resort Flims

The restaurant at the hotel was excellent for both adults and kids, and the pool and spa area were well maintained. The Finnish sauna was amazing. Rooms were clean and well equipped, and the staff were helpful and nice. Definitely use the bread ordering service. Flims is a lovely town for nature walks, and try to make time to see Caumasee. After staying at hundreds of hotels, I’m surprised by just how impressed I am.

We had a gorgeous mountain view from our balcony, and Coop and lake Caumasee were very close by. The resort’s outdoor areas are nicely set up for families and children. Inside there’s a pool with a kids’ water slide, sauna, game room, table tennis, a restaurant, and an honest shop. The staff were wonderful, and customer care even gave us a tour. The houses are spread across a hill, so expect some stairs. Parking is in the basement garage.

I liked how much there was to do here and would come back. The spacious flats are in small villas, with a spa and facilities for skiing, biking, and other hobbies. The flats have cooking appliances, though, as in many flats, they probably don’t get daily hotel-style cleaning. That wasn’t a problem for me. There’s no breakfast service, but you can get fresh pastries at reception or other items in the shop. The restaurant is good, but book ahead. You can also buy resort tickets at reception.

We’ve had several delicious dinners at Hapimag Flims, and the staff were incredibly helpful and flexible, always looking for ways to make things work. The location is beautiful, right by the lifts and all the facilities, which makes it ideal for a family ski holiday. Everything is there and you’re on the slopes in no time. Thanks to the team, we had a great week!
