The spa can feel crowded because it’s on the small side, but unwinding in the sauna with forest and mountain views after a day of snow activities is a must. There’s free parking and a place to charge the car, and the ski room is useful for a ski holiday. The shuttle to and from the Gondola runs like clockwork. This hotel has real history and charm, with a story in every corner. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and gave us great recommendations. Special mention to Lissie, the cutest staff member, who enjoys being petted. It’s a real gem, and I highly recommend staying at least once.

For its price range, this hotel and its services, from wellness to all the food offerings, are better than many other places. The staff and owners deserve high praise. From my perspective, it gets the highest rating!

We spent the first evening of our honeymoon here, and everything else was lovely: kind staff, a beautiful spa, and a perfect breakfast. The only small thing was that the pillows felt too soft to us, though I guess that’s personal preference 😊

The spa is modern and quite spacious, and the staff were professional and helpful. The hotel and rooms are nicely designed, classic in style with some modern touches. The location is extraordinarily beautiful, especially from a room with stunning mountain views.

We booked a room with mountain views, but ours faced the other way. There were a few mountains over there too, but I expected a Bellevue room to face the ones directly above Flims. Even so, we had no other complaints, and everyone at reception and in the restaurant was lovely. We’d happily stay again. The pool and spa were clean, calm, and beautiful, and we enjoyed some early morning yoga. Friday evening’s violin and piano concert was fantastic. The hotel feels historic without feeling old-fashioned, a nice balance of old and new. We chose half board, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The one pricing issue was the water, even tap water, which cost too much.
