The location and facilities are good, but getting help from the manager or reception was another matter. We arrived to find only half the sheets and towels we needed. I called the manager, but no solution was offered that day, so we were left to deal with it ourselves. After our stay, she suggested the booking was our fault, even though the confirmation clearly listed two adults and two children. The terrace or balcony shown in the apartment photos also didn't match what we found. Given how the issue was handled, I'd stay elsewhere.
