The location and facilities are good, but getting help from the manager or reception was another matter. We arrived to find only half the sheets and towels we needed. I called the manager, but no solution was offered that day, so we were left to deal with it ourselves. After our stay, she suggested the booking was our fault, even though the confirmation clearly listed two adults and two children. The terrace or balcony shown in the apartment photos also didn't match what we found. Given how the issue was handled, I'd stay elsewhere.

We were very comfortable in apartment 36. It was modern and spotless, and the terrace looked out over the lake, with the complex right by the water. The whole place is great. The kitchen also has really impressive, up-to-date appliances.

The staff were so kind and had useful local tips for anyone wanting to explore. We also enjoyed the pool, where loungers and umbrellas were available to borrow for free. There's a little playground beside it, and paddles and balls are supplied for the ping-pong table. The apartment itself had everything we needed, and the location and views were incredible. It felt like a little paradise 😊😊
