The rooms are neat and have everything a traveler could want, with quite a range: well-equipped spaces for mountain work events, quiet rooms for solo travelers, cosy rooms for couples, pilgrim-style rooms for people on a spiritual journey, and even separate rooms for practicing Didgeridoo. The place is idyllic and very well run by a bright, multicultural staff. I met no bad staff there. A few people deserve a mention: the philosopher-cook, who may already have his Michelin stars; the firm but extremely attentive chief waitress; the caring, highly sensitive receptionist; the future leader of Sargon, disguised as a waiter in training; and the Chief-In-Command lady who runs the place like a hussar captain. My amicalenents! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The lake-view rooms are quite small, but we still liked them and really enjoyed the view. The location is beautiful, and the staff were very nice. My only reason for taking off a star is the high dog fee: 15 CHF for the first night and 10 CHF after that. We were charged 65 CHF for our dog, which felt unfair. Overall, I recommend the hotel.

We stayed one night with our 15-month-old baby during a stopover, and the staff were so kind from our arrival on Monday, August 25 at 5 p.m. through dinner and breakfast. They made such lovely little efforts, and it made things easier, since traveling with a baby isn't always easy :) The place was clean and we ate well. We recommend it without hesitation. Thanks to all the staff. The view from our bedroom and the terrass was wonderful ❤ artus family.

The double room's bed was small for two, but the lake views made up for it. The hotel sits in a beautiful location, the service was very friendly, and the buffet had a nice selection. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.
