We didn’t stay at the hotel, but the food and drinks on offer looked mouthwatering, with plenty of variety. The views were absolutely ASTONISHING, and the bike activities around here are a MUST DO for a thrilling, adventurous time. Check the weather before heading out, since dense fog means you can’t do the activities.

Best, best, best. David, thanks for one of the best meals in Grindelwald!! The pork steak was juicy, the rosty potatoes crispy, and the giroles sauce was the best. The tartar steak was super tasty too, and the dessert was perfectly refreshing. Thanks again, David!!

The view from the hotel felt like a dream, and the room was clean and comfortable. It’s near the gondola, and the staff made our stay unforgettable with their warm smiles. Thank you, David, Quentin and Chili, for being so friendly and nice. The staff were 10/10.

We had a delicious burger, full of flavor, and the fries were seasoned nicely too. The food was great, and the staff were attentive and wonderful. Alexandra was our waitress and went above and beyond, while everyone else was spectacular as well. I’d recommend stopping by for a good beer and a great view.

When the chair lift stops at 6pm, the place becomes so peaceful, shared only with the other hotel guests. We could smell fresh bread baking when we woke up, and breakfast was included. Alpinhotel Bort felt like a fairy tale, and our family loved it. The staff were friendly, the service excellent, and our room was comfortable with enough space for four beds. The bathroom was private for us, just down the hall. It was our favorite hotel and we had the best meal of our whole trip here. We wish we’d booked more nights.
