The room veranda has a spectacular view, and you get the same panorama from the breakfast area. We could have sat there for hours just taking in the mountains. The bus stop is only a two-minute walk away, so getting around is easy. We loved the room, food, views, and staff, though the bus schedule was the one downside. The hotel doesn’t look like the advertisement photos. There’s no fancy exterior or flowers hanging outside each room. 😅 Also, the last bus from Grindelwald Station leaves at 6:44 PM. Miss it and it’s a 17-minute uphill walk back. 🥲

The room and lobby both have gorgeous views, and the room was spotless and looked great. The lobby feels like home, and there’s a communal fridge and microwave guests can use. It’s about 15-20 minutes from downtown, an easy walk or a bus ride. Everyone on staff was so sweet and kind. I highly recommend it. The photo is the view from the room.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and felt so welcome. The service was excellent, the food fresh and delicious, and our room was amazing with a beautiful mountain view. We can’t say enough good things about the hotel. Thanks for such a great stay!

A very nice place to stay, with free bus transport and friendly staff. We had a great view from both the room and dining area. Highly recommended.
