Hotel Fiescherblick

The staff were kind, professional, and attentive. They helped with our tickets and made sure we got the discounts available. Several people on the team spoke Spanish, which made us feel especially welcome. They also gave us a bottle of champagne, which we enjoyed in the hotel's jacuzzi while looking out at spectacular mountain views. That was unforgettable. We had a spacious, comfortable room with beautiful furnishings and a stunning mountain view. The wine cellar was thoughtfully curated, and we got to try a top-tier wine at an excellent price, a lovely surprise. The restaurant was delicious, refined and elegant, with food that felt Michelin-level. The location is excellent too, just steps from the Firstbahn experience and in the same village as the train station for Jungfraujoch. The local bus stop is right outside, so getting around was easy. We'd wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and would love to return.

My wife and I had the pleasure of trying the hotel's six-course meal, which felt more like ten courses, at the Michelin-starred restaurant downstairs. If you're thinking about it, do it, and add the wine pairing too! We were celebrating part of our honeymoon in Grindelwald. On a cold evening, we arrived at the train station with heavy luggage and couldn't get a taxi. After we called to ask about public transport, the owner immediately drove over to pick us up. We were welcomed with open arms. The room was spotless and cozy, with a mountain view that looked unreal. The staff were communicative and felt like family, and really wanted to make sure our stay went well. The spa was dreamlike, the location excellent, and the hotel and restaurant themselves were lovely to look at. Thanks to Lars and Matthias for being such hands-on owners and bringing together such a great team. They made our honeymoon special. We'll definitely return to Hotel Fiescherblick.

I flew all the way from Taiwan for this gourmet meal, and it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff were so nice and let me add two more friends at the last minute. The chef is quite young, but he and his team did an impressive job. We had nine courses with wine pairing, yet I didn't feel full or drunk. If you're visiting Jungfrau and want a good meal, this is the place to go.

The self-serve laundry and drying facilities were reasonably priced, and the ski storage area was really convenient. The sister hotel next door was also a good dinner spot, with an affordable set menu. Everything about our first trip to Grindelwald was made better by staying at Hotel Fiescherblick. The rooms were spacious and modern, the spa and sauna felt luxurious, and breakfast was delicious. The location is central, with a bus stop right at the hotel entrance. Thanks to the lovely staff. We can't wait to come back.
