The traditional feel of the place was something my family really liked, and my kids were happy to walk over to the mini golf course and little playground nearby. We stayed three nights. The room was cozy and quite large, the view was great, and breakfast was a hit with me and the kids. A great stay in Grindelwald.

The hotel dinner was a real treat, and the bakery was just as impressive. Everyone in this family-run hotel made us feel like we belonged there. They were great with check-in, the rooms, pointing out places to see, and arranging attraction tickets. I’d rate it above five if I could. Thanks to Hotel Gletscher Garden, especially Matt and his Mom and Dad, for making our Switzerland vacation so good.

We really didn't want to leave. The owners are warm, friendly and ready to help, and this is a family-owned hotel carried on through generations. The views are magnificent, and the place is beautiful and picturesque. A gem if you're after a wonderful stay.

Gabriela and Gery made us feel so welcome and looked after. Their kindness meant a lot after long days on the trails. The hotel's cozy feel, lovely views, and thoughtful details gave us just the place to rest after hiking in the mountains. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gletschergarten in Grindelwald. We loved the restaurant at the hotel, and the staff kept helping us plan each day and choose where to eat. They also helped us buy tickets for First and the gondola. The hotel is right by the Grindelwald Kirche bus stop, which made getting around town easy. Our room was spotless and roomy, with an amazing view. This was our favorite hotel on our Switzerland trip. Thank you.
